Firstly, The North Apothecary loft is a 3,300-square-foot loft that graces the north half of The Apothecary Building’s fifth floor. Secondly, The South Apothecary Loft is a 2,700-square-foot event space that takes up the southern half of the fifth floor. These properties can host 100-150 guests.

The North Apothecary Loft features 3,300 square feet of event space and gives couples complete control over the food and beverage catering (food and beverage not bundled with the room), allowing them more freedom in planning their dream day. The seating capacity is 150 guests. This venue features brick and timber construction, plush carpet, oak woodwork, brass fixtures, porcelain tile, a spacious kitchen with two peninsulas, a 1,800-square-foot great room with a fireplace, Italian leather furnishings, an atrium skylight, and a two-story library. There is also a 750-square-foot studio with a king-size bed, fireplace, whirlpool, primary bathroom, and walk-in closet.
Similarly, the South Apothecary Loft does not bundle food and beverage catering. It is a 2,700-square-foot event space on the building’s fifth floor and can host up to 100 guests. This venue features brick and timber construction, oak woodwork and polished brass fixtures, plush carpeting, ceramic and porcelain tile, a spacious kitchen for serving large groups, and a 1,400-square-foot great room with a fireplace. It also has a 750-square-foot studio/retreat with a king-size bed and whirlpool, a primary bathroom with dual sinks, and a walk-in closet.
