Details of the Grounds
While Omaha Palazzo shines as a reception hall, it also has plenty of space to accommodate intimate indoor ceremonies.
If you choose to host your ceremony at Omaha Palazzo, you can begin your day in their bridal suite, with comfortable furniture and plenty of mirrors for you and your bridal party to prepare for your wedding day.
Then, exchange vows in front of your guests (up to 350 if you plan a seated reception and 500 for a standing reception). The room has lots of elegant drapery for effortless romance, Chiavari chairs for an upscale touch, and a ceremony arch with whatever decor or florals you envision. If you like, you can also set up an outdoor ceremony on their property to take advantage of the glorious Omaha summer weather!
Their patio is perfect for an outdoor cocktail hour before transitioning into the main hall (and for guests to get some fresh air throughout the evening). It has bistro lighting overhead and seating for those looking to take a break from the dance floor.
The Reception
The main hall is a charming space, neutrally decorated to give each couple plenty of freedom to transform it into their perfect wedding vision. It has show-stopping crystal chandeliers, plenty of room for a big dance floor, and a Champagne bar that will keep everyone in a celebratory mood all night long!
Similarly to the ceremony space, it has elegant drapery, a unique contrast to its polished cement floors. Position your head table or sweetheart table in front of a wall curtained with sheer drapery and twinkle lights that will frame you and your partner in a romantic glow all evening long.
At the end of the evening, use the patio for a grand sparkler exit, and we’ll get those classic sendoff photos you’ll be fondly admiring for the rest of your life!
Photography Opportunities
We can take advantage of Omaha Palazzo for your photos in some unique ways. They have some extensive property, so we can take pictures outdoors in front of tall pine trees and their beautiful green lawn in the background. There is also some stone detailing on the exterior of the building and a beautiful arched entryway that makes for beautiful individual portraits or bridal party shots.
We can use natural light and drapery inside for soft, elegant portraits that exude romance. Of course, once the party starts, I’ll be snapping pictures on the dance floor right alongside you!
Wedding Details
When you host your wedding at Omaha Palazzo, they encourage you to use their recommended caterer. However, you can bring in your own for an additional cost. They provide in-house bar service and a variety of bar packages for you to select from!
Three hundred fifty gold Chiavari chairs and banquet tables are included in your rental, as well as full-length black or white linens and napkins for tables. You’ll also have your event specialist to help you facilitate your day and ensure everything goes according to plan.
