Lincoln Business Expo
If you’re free on Wednesday and you have an interest in Lincoln businesses, head on out to the Pinnacle Bank Arena to see the Lincoln Business Expo sponsored by the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce.
About 150 vendors will set up shop for the daylong trade show to promote their business products and services to visitors. Look for MIT Images 360 to be one of them. MIT Images 360 will be displaying its Street View Trusted virtual tours of business interiors. I plan to have signs, brochures and a TV playing a DVD explaining what this is all about.
Why is MIT Images 360 exhibiting in this trade show? It seemed like a natural fit for this new business that is still in its infancy in Lincoln. Most businesses don’t even know this service exists. My goal for this show is to get the word out about the interior virtual tours and how they can enhance a business’s online presence.
The people I have talked to so far about this service have seemed intrigued by it. They want to know more. They want to know if this service would be a fit for their business. What better way to showcase this business than to have it on display for a thousand or more business people who will be walking through the Pinnacle Bank Arena looking to see what is new.
There are many benefits to exhibitors at this show. There is an exhibitor’s only session before the show opens to the public, allowing exhibitors to mix and mingle with each other and look at each other’s displays. This is a great way to become a visible part of the Lincoln business community and share your brand with other business professionals. There will be close to 150 vendors at this show, and each one has potential for being interested in the services provided by MIT Images 360.
The chamber anticipates more than 1,000 attendees in all business sectors to walk through the trade show. This year’s show will have more booths than ever and more opportunities than ever. For the first time, vendors will be allowed to sell their products or services on the Lincoln Business Expo showroom floor. Also on tap is an extended craft beer tour.
The trade show is free and open to the public, running from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Afterward, the chamber will hold its monthly Business After Hours event, in which chamber members and guests enjoy some great food and drink and continue networking with each other.
As a new member of the chamber and a new exhibitor at the Lincoln Business Expo, MIT Images 360 is very excited about the opportunities the show presents. I certainly hope you will consider attending this show. The more people attending the Lincoln Business Expo, the more successful it will be.
